Whether it’s a one-time thing or a recurring transfer, you can set up or cancel a transfer of funds from another institution to your United Texas account (or vice versa) from the convenience of Online Banking. And it’s quick, too. Depending on when you make your request, it can be set up as soon as the same day!

What is the time frame for the transfer?
If we receive your request prior to 9 am CST, we can complete your Bank-to-Bank transfer request as soon as the same day. Any request we receive after 9:00 am CST will be set up the next business day.

Are there any fees associated with the transfer?
There is a $10.00 fee to set up loan payments to another financial institution from your United Texas account. There is no charge to set up or terminate any other Bank-to-Bank transfer transaction.

Do you have a cutoff time for accepting this type of transaction?
Yes, the daily cutoff time is 9:00 am Central Time and any items received after that time will be processed the next business day.

Will you place a hold on any incoming funds?
All incoming transfers to a Savings or Checking account may be subject to a hold on the funds.

How it Works
To set up a transfer of funds between your United Texas accounts, just log in to Online Banking, click on “Main Menu,” then click on “Bank-to-Bank Transfers.” It’s not necessary to set up a Bank-to-Bank transfer when transferring between your United Texas accounts. If you are logging in from a mobile device, you’ll need to use a browser initially, then you may use our Mobile App.
STEP 1.
Set up an external account by clicking on “Bank-to-Bank Transfers” and then enter your account type, routing number, account number, and account description. Review the ACH Transfer Disclosure, then click “Add External Account.”
STEP 2.
Wait for two trial credits to be sent to your external account. You should receive them within two business days.
STEP 3.
Return to Bank-to-Bank transfers and enter the two credit amounts on the External Account page. Once it’s verified, your External Account will be listed on your transfer screen to use at any time.
