Getting started with United Texas Mobile is free* and simple.

Confirm your enrollment in Online Banking (or apply online).

STEP 2
Go to the App Store or Google Play, search for United Texas and download the app.

STEP 3
Login using your online banking credentials.

STEP 4
Congratulations! Now you can now manage your accounts, anytime and anywhere.

*United Texas does not charge a fee for the use of our Mobile Banking service. Depending on your mobile service data plan, you may incur network charges or fees to download. Check with your mobile service carrier for more information.

Mobile Banking offers the same security and encryption as our Online Banking service, ensuring that your information is safe and secure.

Check images that may have cleared your account are available on Mobile Banking.

Disable Mobile Banking on your device at any time by signing into Online Banking and clicking on the “Device Management” tab under the User Profile menu. Click the box corresponding to your device, then click “delete” to remove Online Banking access for that device.

This will cancel your Mobile Banking registration associated with that device. Or you may call the Credit Union at (800) 531-8456 during business hours and we can un-enroll your device for you.

Yes. Members must first enroll in Online Banking before downloading the mobile app to a device.

You can add Account Nicknames to help differentiate between your accounts. Log into Online Banking and click on the three vertical dots to the right of your account names to edit them. If you have multiple accounts set up, you’ll need to log in to each account separately to nickname the accounts.

Yes! If your Apple or Android device is compatible with Touch ID or Face ID, you may login with the technology after you enable it on Mobile Banking. At this time, it may only be used for one user at a time.
