3 Unexpected Tips for Purchasing Insurance

Thinking of buying an insurance policy? Uncover secrets some insurers prefer hidden.  Before deciding, arm yourself with these three essential facts to ensure you secure the best deal possible.

1. You can use a monitor to lower car insurance

Drive smart and save money on your insurance! Inquire with your agent about installing a complimentary monitor to track your driving habits – safe driving could land you a great discount. Don’t miss out!

2. Your location matters

When it comes to home insurance costs, the safety of your area and neighborhood plays a significant role. Don’t forget to tell your agent about any safety measures you have in place, such as gates, locks, and home security systems. Even details like how close you are to a fire station can impact your insurance rates.

3. Use the insurance buyer’s guide

Did you know your state’s insurance department provides a free insurance buyer’s guide? These guides not only offer valuable information but also come with sample prices, allowing you to compare and find the best deal before speaking to an agent. Save time and money by taking advantage of this resource!
