You have been at the center of our changes the entire way and that doesn’t change now. This post is here to help answer your questions surrounding the redesign.
Q: Why are we refreshing our website?
A: Not only was it time for us to update the look, but also the function of our website. Technology changes quickly, so it made sense for us to bring you a completely redesigned website, pairing an enhanced experience with improved performance.
Q: Is the URL changing?
A: No changes there! You’ll still find us at utxcu.com.
Q: When does the new website arrive?
On Wednesday, August 28, you’ll see a shiny new utxcu.com. Take note: the change won’t happen on every website browser simultaneously. If your laptop shows the website you’re used to and your tablet shows a new design, that is completely normal. After about 48 hours they should all match up.
Q: Can I still access Online Banking the same way?
A: Our Online Banking functionality is staying the same. On the new website, you’ll simply click “Log in” in the top right corner and continue like you always have. There is no need to change your username or password.
Q: Is the mobile app changing?
A: No changes here, either! You’ll continue using the same mobile app to access your accounts on your device. Log in with the same username and password.
