Online Banking Security Enhancements

We’re enhancing your Online Banking account security.

Starting Monday, July 25, we will implement new minimum password settings. The minimum password length will be 10 characters, with one character required from at least three of the following categories:

• uppercase
• lowercase
• number
• special character.

We will implement this change in the following phases:

• Starting July 26, if your SSN ends in 0, you will need to change your Online Banking password upon login.
• Two weeks later, if your SSN ends in 1, you will need to change your Online Banking password upon login.
• Two weeks later, if your SSN ends in 2, you will need to change your Online Banking password upon login.

This schedule will continue until all members have been asked to change their Online Banking passwords.
